What we mean by cookies
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. FlurFest also uses similar tools such as session storage and local storage. Together they remember a few choices so you are not asked the same question on every click.
Storage we set
- Age confirmation is held in session storage after you confirm you are 18 or over. It lasts for the tab session only. A decline is not stored, so a reload shows the age message again.
- Cookie consent is held in local storage after you choose Accept or Reject. That choice stays until you clear site data.
Essential operation
The age gate is part of presenting an adult comparison service. Without a confirmed session we show the age message instead of the listings. The consent bar records whether you allowed optional cookies.
Optional cookies
If you choose Accept, we may use optional cookies later to understand aggregate traffic or to remember interface preferences. If you choose Reject, we keep only what is needed to remember that rejection and to run the age check in the current session.
Third parties
Visit Site links open other platforms that can set their own cookies. Typefaces loaded from a font service may involve a technical request from your browser. Those organisations publish their own cookie notices.
How to change your mind
Use your browser settings to delete cookies and site data for FlurFest.com. After that, the cookie bar and age message can appear again. You can also write to the email listed on Contact us if you have a question about this policy.
